Our advise
My inkjet cartridge does not clip into my printer correctly and is not recognised by the printer.
This can happen when the clip on the back of the cartridge is deformed. The clip is then too close to the cartridge body. The spring movement of the clip is too weak to allow it to fit securely into the printer. This can be corrected by manually pushing the clip outwards from the cartridge body several times without breaking it. If this is not sufficient, the cartridge should be replaced.
