The copier makes noise when a cartridge is installed.

During the initialization phase, after a new cartridge is inserted, the printer performs a few checks. This may cause unusual noises. If abnormal noises persist, it is recommended that the printer is switched off and on again. If in doubt, it is advisable to replace the cartridge so as not to damage the printer.
