The cartridge for my franking machine does not have the same shape as the original one. Is this normal?

Check that the cartridge is compatible with your printer. Our compatible cartridge complies with the manufacturer's patents in order to function and be detected by your printer. However, the final appearance of the cartridge may vary depending on the manufacturing process. This does not affect the functionality or the quality of the prints.
