The LASER printer asks you to replace the consumable even though you have just installed a new one.

1- Switch the printer off and on again before reinstalling the cartridge, 2- Check that the cartridge is compatible with your printer. Some references are sometimes very close and cartridges may have similar designs but different electronic chips. 3- The cartridge's electronic chip may be defective. The cartridge must then be replaced.
